摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pem nut for fixing a circuit board is provided to securely fix circuit boards to a module base at uniform intervals by producing pen nuts with a small diameter. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pem nut for fixing a circuit board is as follows. An inner hole is formed at the center of one side of a cylindrical material. A circular fixing piece is formed in the other side of the cylindrical material. The circular fixing piece is molded to have a hexagonal-shaped outer diameter. The base shape of a pem nut is molded by partially forging the material. A female screw is formed in the inner hole.
