CONSTITUTION: A clamp(100) for a scaffold comprises a clamp body(106), a clamp cover(102), a fastener, a magnet(120), and a step(108). The clamp body has a curved surface corresponding to a scaffold. The clamp cover is connected to the clamp body through a clamp hinge(104) and covers the outer surface of a scaffold pipe. The fastener fastens the clamp body and the clamp cover to the scaffold. The magnet is installed in the inner side of the clamp body or the clamp cover. The step is installed on the outer surface of the clamp body or the clamp cover.

The actual pipe terminal pressure is compared with the set pipe terminal pressure. The booster pump(3) is controlled so that the actual pipe terminal pressure follows the set pipe terminal pressure.
