    • PURPOSE: A synthesizing method of hydrotalcite and a stabilizer using thereof are provided to secure excellent dispersibility of particles using dispersing agent when synthesizing the hydrotalcite. CONSTITUTION: A synthesizing method of hydrotalcite comprises the following steps: stirring a reactor with 1kg of water after inserting 34.4g of metal salt chloroaluminum(AlCl3), and 1g of dispersing agent selected from the group consisting of a polyol group including penthaerithritol and melamine, a polycarboxyl group including stearic acid and palmitic acid, and dispersing agents including polysulfate group and polyacryl group; adding 78.0g of NaOH; inserting 20.1g of aluminum hydroxide, 61.0g of magnesium hydroxide, and 0.5g of calcium hydroxide into the reactor to stir; reacting the mixture in pH 8.0~10.0 after adding 31.0g of sodium carbonate; and aging the mixture in a high pressure reactor after reaction while maintaining the temperature at 120~250 deg C and the pressure at 2~20 kilogram-force per square centimeters.

    • A method for manufacturing dehydrated hydrotalcite is provided to improve chlorine resistance and discoloration resistance while maintaining basic properties of polyurethane fibers. A method for manufacturing dehydrated hydrotalcite comprises the following steps of: dispersing a hydroxide of divalent metal, a hydroxide of trivalent metal and an inter-layer negative ion feeding material in an aqueous solution containing water-soluble metal salts and basic compounds(S110); high-temperature reacting the mixed solution at 150-220°C to obtain hydrotalcite(S120); surface treating the hydrotalcite within a pH range of 7-10(S130); and thermally treating the surface-treated hydrotalcite at the temperature of 200-250°C in order to eliminate crystallized water and oxalic acid included in the hydrotalcite(S140).
