    • PURPOSE: A plate for fixing a mandible is provided to place a jaw joint on a stable ideal position before synostosis through jaw movement of a patient for oneself by connecting a mandibular proximal segment to a mandibular body which is a mandibular centrifugal segment in a semi-fixed state. CONSTITUTION: First and second fixing ring parts(20,30) constitute a plate body(10). First and second fixing ring parts and a movable ring part(40) are interconnected by a connection part(50). A screw(60) passes through the first and second fixing ring parts. A taper surface is formed on an internal upper circumferential surface of first and second through holes in first and second fixing ring part. A head part of a screw(70) attaches an upper surface of the movable ring part.

      본 발명은 원액상태의 에폭시수지(예컨대, YD128 30%, YD134 3%, YD115CA 7%)에 프탈산디옥틸(DOP:Dioctyl Phthalic acid)10%, 에폭시수지(P207) 10%, 아로마향 0.5%, 탈크 19.5%, 휠라 20%를 첨가하여 30분간 합성교반하여 인조목재를 제조하고, 이 인조목재를 경화시키기 위한 경화제로, 변성 지방족 아민(KH500) 1%, 지방족 아민(D230와 D400 각3%,2%), 프탈산디옥틸 2%, 폴리아미드 수지(GO331) 4%, 아로마향 0.5%, 탈크 6%, 휠라 11.5%를 넣고 20-40분간 합성교반하며, 상기 20-40분간 합성교반후 5분간 탈포하여 금형틀에 주형 및 압력으로 주입하고, 상기 금형틀에 주입한 수지를 40-60℃에서 4시간 동안 열경화시킨 후 탈형하여 100℃에서 10시간 다시 열처리하여 이루어진다.

An aromatic artificial wood manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding DOP(Dioctyl Phthalic acid) of 10%, P207 of 10%, aroma of 0.5%, talc of 19.5%, and a filler of 20% to crude epoxy resin(YD128 30%, YD134 3%, YD115CA 7%) and then synthesizing and stirring materials for 30 minutes; synthesizing and stirring modified aliphatic amine KH500 of 1%, aliphatic amine D230 of 3%, D400 of 2%, DOP of 2%, polyamide resin GO331 of 4%, aroma of 0.5%, talc of 6%, and a filler of 11.5% for 20~40 minutes; degassing the mixture and then, injecting the mixture into a mold by pressure; and thermally hardening resin injected into the mold, at 40~60°C for 4 hours, separating the mold, and then thermally treating the hardened resin at 100°C for 10 hours.

The web interconnects the upper and lower flanges. The connection beam connects the first end beam with the second end beam, having upper and lower flanges(131,133) and a web(135). The upper flange of the connection beam is separated from the lower flange as mush as a second distance(H2) which is smaller than the first distance. The web of the connection beam interconnects the upper and lower flanges of the connection beam. The three upper flanges define the same planar surface.
