The heat reclamation steam vapor product module generates the steam vapor by absorbing the heat energy through the exhaust gas and heat exchange of the high temperature. The contaminant removal module eliminates contaminants after the heat reclamation steam vapor product module from the exhaust gas of the low temperature. The electricity product module absorbs the heat energy through the exhaust gas and the heat exchange passing the contaminant removal module. The electricity product module generates the electricity by using the absorbed heat energy. The electricity product module discharges the heat-exchanged exhaust gas to a smoke stock(170).
