The circuit comprises a serial/parallel converter (31), a ROM (34) for storing the control program, a CPU (32) for controlling the whole circuit, a counter (33) for counting the number of transmitted data, a direct memory access controller (35) for directly controlling the data of the memory, a supplementary storage device (39), a dual port controller (36) for reducing the input/output time of the supplementary storage device, and two buffers (37,38).
