    • 종래의 합성섬유세사의 방사장치에서 냉각장치는 노즐 하단에 설치된 냉각존에 설치되어, 노즐에서 방사되는 필라멘트에 냉각공기를 공급하여 고화시키고, 하향되는 필라멘트를 따라서 가속관과 스핀튜브를 거쳐서 권취존 측으로 하향배출되었다. 따라서 방사속도가 일정 속도이상으로 높아지면은 필라멘트의 하강속도에 대응하여 냉풍상승기류가 발생하여 가속영역에서 필라멘트를 유동시킬 뿐 아니라 냉각존으로 상승하여 하강기류의 흐름을 방해하고 필라멘트를 유동시켜 고화 물성을 저하시키며, 노즐의 온도를 저하시키는 등 방사조건을 변동시켜서 고속방사가 어렵고, 동일 방사장치에서 냉각 특성의 조절 폭이 좁아서 생산 물성을 변화시키고자 할 경우에는 생산라인의 장치들을 다시 설계하여 교체하여야되는 문제점이 있었던 것이다. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 각 장치의 문제점들을 해결하고자 제공되는 것으로서, 가속관의 내벽둘레에 2차 냉각공기를 하향으로 공급하여 냉각존에서의 1차 냉각공기의 흐름을 제어하고 냉풍상승기류의 흐름을 제어하어, 방사조건의 변동을 방지할 수 있고, 신율과 균일도를 높이며, 방사속도를 높일 수 있는 열가소성 합성섬유세사 방사장치용 냉풍제어장치를 제공함에 특징이 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A traffic signal control system is provided to enable to manage and to use a road effectively, by sensing a walker crossing a crosswalk and converting a crossing signal into a walk signal when there is a walker to cross the crosswalk, and by maintaining a vehicle traveling signal and a walker stop signal when there is no walker to cross the crosswalk. CONSTITUTION: The traffic signal control system(10) is constituted with a traffic signal control apparatus(11), an input/output module(12), a control part(13), a memory part(14), a body sensing unit(15) and an A/D(Analog/Digital) converter(16). The traffic signal control apparatus controls the movement of a walker to cross a crosswalk and a vehicle traveling the road by converting a walk signal and a vehicle signal of the crosswalk and a crossroad. The input/output module transmits and receives such as a control state signal of an input/output signal by being connected electrically between the traffic signal control apparatus and the control part. The control part controls the traffic signal control apparatus by being connected to the input/output module. The memory part stores a control program by being connected electrically to the input/output module. The body sensing unit sets a walker detection zone to discriminate the walker and is connected with the control part electrically, and the walker detection zone can be adjusted according to the crosswalk and the condition of a sidewalk. The A/D converter is installed between the control part and the body sensing part in order to convert an analog signal from the body sensing part into a digital signal for the control part to read it.

    • PURPOSE: On a spinning device of thermoplastic synthetic fiber fine yarn, a cold air controlling method and a cold air controller are characterized by controlling flowing of a first cold air on a quenching zone, feeding a second cold air, controlling flowing of cold-air ascending current, having simple structure and being inexpensive. The cold air controlling method and the cold air controller are capable of preventing fluctuation of spinning conditions, increasing uniformity and elongation, increasing spinning velocity, spinning multi-products under the same conditions and controlling discharge of cold-air ascending current. CONSTITUTION: The cold air controlling device is comprised of: a condenser(30) installed on a lower part of the quenching zone using an inflow type device or a different cooling device; an accelerating tube(44) connected with a lower end of the condenser; a conical spin tube(50) connected with a lower end of the accelerating tube; and a second cold-air injecting device feeding the second cold air downward to an inner circumference of the accelerating tube.

    • PURPOSE: A RAM(random access memory) player is provided to make a user receive/save or play back desired value-added service through on-line from a sound server regardless of the time or place by using a cellular phone or PC(personal computer) of the user. CONSTITUTION: A sound server(10) samples the recorded music on a CD(compact disk) by inserting the CD into a CD-ROM(read only memory) drive of a PC. Then, the sound server transmits hundreds of compressed voice or music files through a mobile communication network or former telephone network(20). To obtain desired value-added service, a user connects each communication port of a PC and RAM player. The user edits computer music files of the host with an additional manager program and then saves the files in a RAM from the RAM player. Therefore, the user listens to voice or music almost similar to original sounds by D/A-converting, amplifying and playing back the saved voice or music data. The user repeats the above process to change the save voice or music data of the RAM player.
