摘要： 본 발명은 지중 열교환기의 단부에 임시 설치되어 불순물이 섞인 상단부 콘크리트의 파쇄 제거 작업시에 상기 지중 열교환기의 단부를 파손되지 않게 보호하는 커버에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 지중 열교환기의 단부 보호용 커버는, 상기 지중 열교환기 단부의 한 쌍의 열교환관의 사이에 구비되어 상기 한 쌍의 열교환관을 서로 이격된 상태로 유지시키는 스페이서; 탄성을 갖는 재질로 이루어지고, 길이방향을 따라 개방구가 형성된 슬리브 형상으로 구비됨으로써, 상기 개방구를 확장하여 삽입된 상기 한 쌍의 열교환관과 상기 스페이서를 감싸 상기 한 쌍의 열교환관에 전달되는 충격을 완화하는 완충체; 및 상기 완충체가 상기 한 쌍의 열교환관과 상기 스페이서를 감싼 상태로 이탈되지 않게 고정하는 고정부;를 포함한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 지중 열교환기 단부의 한 쌍의 열교환관을 일정 간격으로 이격되게 유지하는 스페이서와 지중 열교환기 단부를 감싸는 완충체가 구비되어 상단부 콘크리트의 파쇄 제거 작업시에 지중 열교환기의 단부를 효과적으로 보호할 수 있으면서도, 완충체에는 확장 가능한 개방구가 형성되고 완충체를 지중 열교환기의 단부에 간단하게 고정하거나 고정 해제할 수 있는 고정부가 구비되며, 이 고정부는 완충체가 휘어지지 않게 지지하는 지지기둥을 포함하는 커버체를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써 지중 열교환기의 단부에 설치된 상태로 커버체를 파지 이송하여 안정적으로 설치 위치를 조절할 수 있으므로, 그 설치 및 해체가 매우 간편하고 신속하게 이루어질 수 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A cover for protecting an end portion of a soil heat exchanger is provided to include a damping body absorbing and relieving impact transferred to a heat exchange pipe and a spacer maintaining a pair of heat exchanging pipes separately, thereby protecting an end portion of the soil heat exchanger when removing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A cover for protecting an end portion of a soil heat exchanger comprises a spacer(100), a damping body(200), and a fixing unit. The spacer is arranged between a pair of heat exchange pipes in an end portion of the soil heat exchanging pipes, thereby maintaining the heat exchange pipes separately. The damping body is formed of an elastic material into a sleeve shape in which an opening(210) is formed along a longitudinal direction and surrounds the heat exchanging pipes and the spacer inserted by enlarging the opening, thereby relieving impact transferred to the heat exchanging pipes. The fixing unit fixes the damping member surrounding the heat exchanging pipes and the spacer by surrounding, thereby preventing the separation of the fixing unit.
