CONSTITUTION: When a communication approval signal is not inputted(S103), advertisement content is not displayed by blocking a communication signal(S104, S105, S108). When the communication approval signal is inputted, a communication is eliminated(S106, S107). Payback data calculated from advertisement display data according to a contract between a user and a communication company is stored in a portable terminal(S109). The stored advertisement display data and the payback data are transmitted to the server of the communication company(S110).
