摘要： A styrofoam panel assembly for construction is provided to simplify construction processes by attaching a mesh to a styrofoam panel with adhesive beforehand. A styrofoam panel assembly for construction comprises a styrofoam panel(30), an adhesive(20), and a mesh(10). The styrofoam panel is used as an insulation member and thickness of the styrofoam panel ranges from 0.5 to 100cm. The adhesive is applied on one or two surfaces of the styrofoam panel at the rate of 0.1~85%. The mesh is attached to one or both surfaces of the styrofoam panel by the adhesive, wherein the mesh is wider than the styrofoam panel.

摘要： PURPOSE: A styrofoam panel having a double net is provided to ensure firm integration between the panel and a finishing material by reducing the area of coating an adhesive and to control the strength of the panel by adjusting the amount of mortar coated on the panel. CONSTITUTION: A styrofoam panel having a double net comprises an adhesive(200), a first net element(310), space(500), a second net element(320), and a finishing material(400). The adhesive is spread on both sides of a styrofoam panel body(100) in 3~30% of the entire area of the styrofoam panel body. The first net element is attached and fixed to the adhesive. The space is formed in a gap between the styrofoam panel body and the first net element, where the adhesive is not spread. The second net element is arranged on the top of the first net element. The finishing material is placed on a side of the styrofoam panel body to embed the second net element and the non-attached portion of the first net element.

In a cement mortar used as a finishing material(20) of a wall(10), the low-toxicity cement mortar includes 58-70 wt% of silica, 28.8-33.5 wt% of cement, 1-8 wt% of illite powder, 0.1-0.2 wt% of clay, and 0.1-0.3 wt% of tricalcium silicate. The silica has a particle size of 0.01-0.5 mm. The illite powder is formed by grinding an illite mineral into a particle size of 100-500 mesh(0.028-0.140 mm).
