    • A method and an apparatus for manufacturing the spun-bonded fabric of cellulose filaments are provided to decompose the spun-bond fabric biologically and easily and to have the optimum intensity property. A filament is spun from the cellulose solution by a spinning protrusion(1). Thereafter, the cellulose filament is introduced into a cooling chamber(2) with at least two cooling sections(2a,2b). The process or cooling air with different speed and/or different temperature and/or different moisture is supplied to the filament of the both cooling sensors. The filament is a lycocell filament. The mixture of water and tri-amine oxide is used as the cellulose solution. A concentration of cellulose of the cellulose solution is 0.5 to 25 wt%. The ratio of the air speed supplied to the first cooling section and the second cooling section is 1:10 to 1:1, preferentially 1.5:10 to 6:10, preferably 1.5:10 to 4.5:10. The temperature of the cooling air supplied to the first cooling section is 18 to 80 degrees in centigrade. The temperature of the cooling air supplied to the second cooling section is 18 to 35 degrees in centigrade.

    • A method and a device for producing a non-woven are provided to manufacture thick and volumed non-woven having regular and uniform structure by producing non-woven with continuous filament. A filament(1) is formed in order for at least a part of the filament to represent natural crimping. The filament is deposited in a deposit region(7) of a transfer apparatus to form the deposited filament(8). The deposited filament is transferred to the direction of a junction apparatus(9) using the transfer apparatus. A gas stream(G) is generated on surface of the deposited filament along the transfer direction of the deposited filament. The filament having natural crimping is desirably equal to the bi-component filament or multi-component filament in a row. The crimping of the filament is occurred after continuous unthreading process and before filament depositing process.
