    • PURPOSE: A carbon membrane manufacturing method for gas separation is provided to separate a specific gas from a mixed gas, improve the ability to separate gas separation by equalizing the surface without the pinhole phenomena; and improve the economic feasibility of using hydrocarbon as a carbon source without the use of an expensive polymer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a gas separation includes the following steps. A temperature control step which maintains the temperature of the reactor in 500-2000°C after putting the ceramic support with blow holes and a carbon deposition step which deposits carbon on the blow holes of the ceramic support by the pyrolysis of hydrocarbon adopting carbon supply gas with hydrocarbon in a reactor. A carbon membrane with the specific blow holes able to separate specific gases is produced as the amount of evaporated carbon on the blow holes of the ceramic support by controlling the contents of hydrocarbon or the period of evaporating carbon in the carbon deposition stage above. The carbon membrane having the specific pore size capable of the separation of the specific gas can be manufactured. A carbon supply gas comprises 75-95 volume % of nitrogen gas and 5-25 volume % of hydrocarbons.     • PURPOSE: A strainer device for a cooling tower is provided to simply and rapidly clean the mesh of a strainer since there is no need to stop a cooling tower or to discharge water from a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A strainer device for a cooling tower comprises a mesh unit(20), a control unit(30), a holder(11) and a support ring(12). The mesh unit consists of a mesh and an annular plate. The mesh filters out various kinds of foreign materials from water in a water tank(2), which is transferred to a distribution pipe(4). The mesh is fixed to the annular plate. The control unit consists of a vertical connecting bar(31) and a handle(32), wherein the lower end of the connecting bar is fixed to the plate of the mesh unit and the handle is fixed to the upper end of the connecting bar.
