    • An apparatus and a method for recycling gasoline is provided to lower manufacturing cost, to maximize dehumidification effects at high speed, and to get rid of scales stuck on a gasoline storage tank. An apparatus for recycling gasoline comprises: a storage tank(10); a primary filter(20); a scale remover; a gasoline heating purifier(30); a vacuum chamber(50); a condenser(60); a condensed water auxiliary tank(80); a vacuum pump(90); and a condensed water tank(110). The vacuum chamber is divided into upper and lower vacuum chambers(51,52), each having a vacuum control valve(51a,52a) for controlling vacuum from the vacuum pump. Further, an auxiliary flow passage is provided to cause air to flow from the lower to the upper vacuum chamber, and a rotatory nozzle(50a) is formed inside the upper vacuum chamber such that moisture is evaporated when gasoline is injected through an injection nozzle, the moisture is removed along the vacuum line, and the gasoline is discharged to the lower vacuum chamber and eventually to the storage tank.

    • PURPOSE: An oil purification method using an oil purification device is provided to remove contaminated particles in oil by supplying the oil in an oil storage tank to a contaminated particle removing device after stopping a heater and a moisture removing device. CONSTITUTION: An oil purification method using an oil purification device includes the following steps of: driving the oil purification device when the oil is measured at the moisture content of 50~800 ppm; driving the oil purification device with a circulation driving condition 1 when the oil is measured at over 800 ppm; and driving the oil purification device with a circulation driving condition 2 when the oil is measured at less than 50ppm. The oil purification device comprises a filter(101), a heater chamber(104), a level measuring sensor(105), a moisture sensor(103), a rotating nozzle(106), an oil volume measurement level sensor(108), a vacuum chamber(107), a condenser(117), a water storage tank(119), a vacuum pump(122), a solenoid valve(111), a pollutant particle removal chamber(114), an oil reservoir(100) and an oil discharge pump(116).
