    • PURPOSE: A microporous ceramic coating separation film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent discharging of environment contaminants during a manufacturing process and to avoid harming health of workers by forming an environment-friendly working place. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic slurry including an inorganic filler and an organic binder is coated on one surface or both surfaces of a porous substrate of a microporous ceramic coating separation film. The porous substrate includes a polyethylene resin with a weight-average molecular weight in a range of 300,000 to 500,000. Micropores grows in a horizontal direction to have a structure in which multiple layers are oriented between fiber porous substrates. On skin layers of both surfaces, pores with a size of 0.01 to 0.05μm are distributed at a distribution rate of 90 to 97% among the whole pores of the skin layers, and pores with a size of 0.05 to 1μm are distributed at a distribution rate of 90 to 97% among the whole pores of the core layer.
