摘要： PURPOSE: A post arranging apparatus is provided to enable a post to stand upright since the post can correct a tilt angle as a dual ring member on the post rotates. CONSTITUTION: A post arranging apparatus comprises a post(10), a central cup, and a dual ring member. The post is inserted into a basic structure(100) and a ball is formed on the lower end of the post. The central cup is formed on the upper part of the basic structure and comprises a base plate(22) and a ball seat. The base plate is coupled to the top of the basic structure. The ball seat is formed on the central part of the base plate, and the ball is placed on the ball seat. The ring member is coupled to the mount of the central cup and makes the post stand upright. The ring member is composed of an outer ring(30) and an inner ring. The outer ring is inserted into the inner side of the base plate to slide in a rotating direction, and a first eccentric hole is formed in the outer ring. The inner ring is inserted into the inner side of the outer ring to slide in a rotating direction, and a second eccentric hole is formed in the inner ring.

The central connection unit having a hole is assembled between a water pipe and a tap(110). The front and rear frames are installed on front and rear parts of the central connection unit. The sleeve is inserted into an outer side of the central connection unit, and has a hose connection hole(32) which is coupled to the hole. The O-ring seals the hole of the central connection unit and an outer circumference plane of hose connection hole of the sleeve. The hose connected to the hose connection hole is wound between the front frame and the rear frame.
