CONSTITUTION: A geothermal cooling and heating device capable of the power generation by using the aquifer thermal energy comprises a high temperature contact refrigerant supply pipe(800), a high temperature contact unit(10), an underground heat exchanger cooling water feed pipe(810), a low temperature contact unit(20), and P-type and N-type semiconductors. The high temperature and high pressure gas from the compressor passes through the high temperature contact refrigerant supply pipe. The high temperature contact unit receives the high temperature from the sides of the high temperature contact refrigerant supply pipe. The underground heat exchanger cooling water feed pipe receives the low heat from a low temperature feeding means. The low temperature contact unit receives the low temperature from the underground heat exchanger cooling water feed pipe. The semiconductors are installed between the high temperature contact unit and low temperature contact unit. The semiconductors generate the electric power through the difference between the high temperature contact unit and low temperature contact unit.
