    • A liquid binder containing polyvinylalcohol and a biodegradable packing container using a natural fiber, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain an uniform strength by uniformly spreading a binder as a combining material without adding the separate water. A liquid binder containing polyvinylalcohol and a biodegradable packing container using a natural fiber, and a manufacturing method thereof comprise the steps of: a liquid binder manufacturing process(S1) for melting a polyvinylalcohol to agitate the water heated at the temperature of 80~100 °C and to mix the polyvinylalcohol of a weight unit of 3~30 applied to the weight unit of 100 of the water; an addition mixing process(S5) for mixing the pigment of the weight unit of 0.2~0.5, the liquid silicate soda of 3~10 as curing agent, the citric acid of 10~30 as softner applied to the manufactured liquid binder of the weight unit of 100; a mixture manufacturing process(S2) for mixing the liquid binder of the weight unit of 60~70 applied to the wooden powder of the weight unit of 100 as the natural fiber to cool the liquid binder mixed with the addition at a room temperature; an extrusion molding process(S3) for extruding the mixture for 1~5 minutes by being input into a molding device applied to the heat of 80~150 °C; and a curing process(S4) for curing a molding product by mounting the manufactured extrusion molding material for 10~20 minutes.

    • A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric sheet is provided to increase the thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet while maintaining the strength of the nonwoven fabric sheet, by using a natural fiber as yarn and using soluble polyvinyl alcohol as a binder. A binder is formed by mixing polyvinyl alcohol of 5-15 wt% and water of 100 wt%(S1). A sheet having predetermined width and thickness is formed by measuring a natural fiber(S2). The binder is uniformly distributed in the sheet by spraying the binder on the sheet or immersing the sheet in the binder and then pressurizing the sheet with binder through a pressing roller(S3). The sheet with binder is dried at a temperature of 50-90°C in a drying room having a length of 10-20m(S4). The sheet with binder passed by the drying room is re-dried by using a heat drum having a temperature of 70-130°C(S5). The re-dried sheet is packed through a rolling work(S6).
