    • PURPOSE: A cognitive capability improvement system and a cognitive capability training method are provided to provide problems of appropriate level by providing problems by assembling problems of different levels according to a fixed rate. CONSTITUTION: A database unit (10) stores predetermined data. An input unit (20) provides a predetermined signal. An output unit (30) outputs data which is stored in the database unit and a signal which is provided to the input unit. The data includes multiple problems which are classified according to a predetermined standard and answers of the problems. Problem setting unit (42) selects multiple problems and provides to a user. A grading unit (44) grades by comparing a user signal with answers which are stored in the database unit. A level determining unit (46) determines a level of user from a grading result which is drawn through the grading.     • An elevating device for the steel skeleton structure of a building and a construction method for the steel skeleton structure of the above the ground stories are disclosed for preventing accidents and shortening the worked period by prefabricating walls after first constructing the steel skeleton. After the underground stories are built, hydraulic elevating devices (10) are installed on columns (1A) extended upwardly from the first floor underground (B1). The elevating mechanism (13b) is disposed just above the first floor (F1) above ground when the piston (12) of the hydraulic cylinder (11) is completely contracted so as to provide convenience in welding assembly of the beams of the column. The H beams (1B) are secured in the recess (31) and both ends are welded to the column (1A). The hydraulic jacks (18a,18b) of the elevating mechanism (13b) are actuated for the pressing elements (16a,16b) to squeeze the center of the column, and the pistons of the hydraulic jacks (17a,17b) of the lower securing mechanism (13a) are contracted to move the pressing elements (15a,15b) upwardly along the slope (19).
