    • PURPOSE: An automatic microelectronic scale is provided to calculate molecular weight by the inside calculation if a chemical formula is input and output actually measured mass into a mol unit. CONSTITUTION: An automatic microelectronic scale includes an input unit(20), a micom(50) and a display unit(10). The input unit has a chemical formula input terminal for inputting chemical formula of material and an output unit determining part for selectively inputting a measurement unit. The micom outputs the chemical formula input by the input unit as molecular weight and calculates and outputs actually measured mass of material into the measurement unit selected in the output determining part making the molecular weight as a standard unit. The display unit displays the output of the input unit and the micom visually.

    • The present invention relates to a cultivation method of bean sprouts containing anthocyanin, which comprises a germination step of germinating soy beans by immersing soy beans in water with pH controlled to pH 4.5-8.5, and soaking; and a cultivation step of cultivating the soy beans by supplying a cultivation medium solution containing anthocyanin to the germinated soy beans, wherein the concentration of anthocyanin contained in the cultivation medium solution containing anthocyanin supplied at the cultivation step is 1-30% (w/v), and the pH of the cultivation medium solution containing anthocyanin is pH 4.5-8.5. The cultivation method of the present invention has advantage capable of improving the functionality of bean sprouts and cultivating bean sprouts with an excellent nutritional effect by supplying anthocyanin to bean sprouts through a simple process.
