    • PURPOSE: A method for processing oriental medicinal materials without boiling is provided to take in 100% of oriental medicinal materials by removing toxicity and fermenting the oriental medicinal materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing oriental medicinal materials without boiling comprises the steps of: drying and pulverizing oriental medicinal materials; steaming and cooling the oriental medicinal materials; inoculating Aspergillus oryzae to the oriental medicinal materials and performing a primary fermentation; cooling the primary fermented material; supplying oxygen to the primary fermented material and performing secondary and tertiary fermentation; naturally drying the fermented material by vacuum; secondarily pulverizing the dried material; and packaging the material. 100 kg of the oriental medicinal materials is naturally dried. 0.05 mg of Aspergillus oryzae is inoculated to the oriental medicinal materials cooled to 40°C. The inoculated oriental medicinal materials are maintained at 31°C and wrapped with a cotton cloth in a culture chamber and cultured for 12 hours.
