    • PURPOSE: Provided are methods for producing patterned artificial stones enabling heat insulation and external decoration at a time, and pattern screens enabling expression of the pattern of natural stones and mass production. CONSTITUTION: The heat insulating patterned stones are produced by the following steps of: (i) mixing silica and 30vol.%(based on the amounts of silica) of crosslinking agent, aqueous acrylic adhesive solution(20%) to make silica keep an effective form of silica and to form a space between silica particles, and spreading mixtures over a plate such as foamed PVC panel to be 2mm in thickness and leveling mixtures; (ii) preparing a pattern screen to express the pattern of stones(marble and granite) and print patterns in a large quantity by transferring patterns to an transparent OHP film and perforating patterns on the OHP film; (iii) making stone patterns on the plate by passing silica powder through holes made by attaching a patterned film to a 500mesh of iron net and perforating the patterned film; (iv) hardening patterns, which the adhesive is absorbed into, at 80deg.C for 1hr; (v) impregnating silica mixtures, coated on the plate, having pores formed by evaporation of water with a thermosetting resin solution(40%) to fill pores between silica particles with the resin solution; (vi) hardening mixtures including the resin solution at 80deg.C for 30min.

    • PURPOSE: An extreme situation experience chamber system is provided to offer an extreme situation for example topography, temperature or oxygen quantity of a high mountain. CONSTITUTION: An extreme situation experience chamber system comprises an experience chamber(10), an operation chamber(20) and a supplementary equipment(80). The experience chamber(10) includes a temperature insulation wall(1) made of urethane, a roof(2) made of double vacuum glass for natural lighting, a steel structure(3) layered within, and a model geographical features(4). The operation room(20) includes a oxygen quantity controller(30), a cool wind blower(40) supplying cool wind into the experience chamber(10), an atmospheric pressure controller(50), a strong wind blower(60) and an air conditioner(70). The supplementary equipment(80) is for adapting the extreme conditions of the experience chamber in advance before entering the experience chamber(10). The supplementary equipment(80) includes a waiting room, a preparation room, a temperature adaptation room and a pressure adaptation room.
