摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a Non-VOCs material though base coating, which is used for an interior/exterior material for buildings, furniture, a container, timber for decoration, a part material, a toy material, or a frame material. CONSTITUTION: The Non-VOCs material contains a wood(11), a base coating layer(12) formed on the wood(11), and a top coating layer(13) formed on the base coating layer(12), wherein the base coating layer(12) contains at least one vegetable oil selected from the group consisting of alpha-tocopherol acetate, an amine oil, a Papaver somniferum oil, and a sunflower oil. And the Non-VOCs material is produced by a process comprising the steps of: pre-treating the wood(11); forming the base coating layer(12) on the wood(11) by the vegetable oil; and forming the top coating layer(13) on the base coating layer(12).
