摘要： PURPOSE: A grease leakage performance test system of a check valve for piston cooling is provided to automatize whole test process. CONSTITUTION: A grease leakage performance test system of a check valve for piston cooling comprises a valve performance tester(200), an oil tank(300), an oil pump(400) and a controller(600). The valve performance tester comprises a container for oil spray, a valve mounting unit, an oil line connection unit and an oil collecting plate. The oil tank is connected to the oil collecting plate. The oil pump pumps and supplies the oil to the oil line connection unit from the container. The controller controls the operation time of the oil pump and oil supplying pressure of the oil pump. The controller controls so that the oil supplying pressure of the oil pump selectively have the grease leakage checking pressure and mass flow checking pressure.
