An L shaped groove is formed in the circumference of the reflector. A protruded part in an intaglio shape or an embossed shape is formed in an internal circumference of a reflective mirror(4). A combination process and a separation process with respect to the reflector are implemented by rotating the reflective mirror. A lens(3) is installed in the reflective mirror.
