摘要： The present invention relates to a non-oxidative hairdye composition comprising natural plant extracts which has enhanced scalp and hair protection effects, has shorter hairdye time than that of the existing hairdye time and has enhanced fastness and water drainage and to a method for manufacturing the same. The non-oxidative hairdye composition comprises: a first material and a second material. The first material comprises a first emersion which includes plant extracts and a second emersion which includes polymers. The second material includes metallic salts. The first emersion comprises first oil phase which includes 1-30wt% of oil, 1-10wt% of fatty acid or fatty alcohol, and 1-10wt% of surfactant based on total amount of the first emersion; and first water phase which includes1-30wt% of plant extracts selected from a group including rose extracts, mugwort extracts, and mixture thereof, 0.1-5wt% of alkaline chemicals, 1-5wt% of pigments, and residual amount of water.
