摘要： The present invention relates to a binding device of a plastic pack for ton-bag protection, capable of binding the bottom of a plastic pack for ton-bag protection with a tape after the bottom of the plastic pack is gathered to be wrinkled. The present invention is to improve workability and to reduce personnel costs by automating a work that used to be manually performed. The binding device of a plastic pack for ton-bag protection comprises a wrinkle forming machine (100) and a tape winder (200). The wrinkle forming machine comprises: a pair of pinch rollers (110, 120) for forming wrinkles on an inputted plastic sheet (V); a plastic holder (130) positioned behind the pinch rollers (110, 120) to gather the wrinkled plastic sheet (V); and a driving motor (140) for driving the pinch rollers (110, 120). The tape winder comprises a fixed shaft (210) in which the end of the plastic sheet (V) gathered after being wrinkled in the plastic holder (130) of the wrinkle forming machine (100) is fitted; a tape holder (220) for winding the tape (T) on the outer surface of the plastic sheet while revolving around the fixed shaft (210); and a driving motor (230) for revolving the tape holder (220).
