    • A flame retardant elastic pavement material is provided to prevent the occurrence of fire by forming a flame retardant layer with a flame retardant material. The flame retardant elastic pavement material also includes an anti-frost layer formed by mixing 40~60 weight percent aggregate having a particle size of 10~60mm and 40~60 weight percent reclaimed rubber chips having a particle size of 1~20mm, a permeable base layer formed by mixing 60~70 weight percent aggregate having a particle size of 5~60mm, 5~10 weight percent waste tire chips having a particle size of 8mm and below and 25~30 weight percent adhesive binder, a surface layer formed by mixing silicon chips having a particle size of 2~5mm and color chips having a particle size of 2~6mm, and a flame retardant coating layer formed by applying a flame retardant material on the top of the surface layer.

    • A synthetic lawn mat structure is provided to obtain water permeability and to secure shock absorbing efficiency by recycling lawn leaves, waste plastics, or waste rubbers for the synthetic lawn mat. A synthetic lawn mat structure comprises a frostbite prevention layer(100), a water permeable base layer(200), an elastic layer(300), a synthetic lawn mat layer(400), and a water permeable layer(500). The frostbite prevention layer is formed by mixing with 30 to 60mm of recycled rubber chips and 30 to 60 of recycled aggregates. The water permeable base layer is installed on the frostbite prevention layer by mixing the recycled rubber chips(4-6 parts by weight) and the aggregates or recycled aggregates(88-92 parts by weight) with adhesive binders(4-6 parts by weight). The elastic layer is formed by mixing silicon chips, antiseptic processed wood chips, less than 8mm of rubber chips, with adhesives. The synthetic lawn mat layer forms a mat member(420) by mixing particles of 1 to 5mm of the waste plastic material with 20 to 30 parts by weight of the waste vinyl or the waste plastic chips and adhesives. Lawn leaves(440) are planted on the mat member. The water permeable layer is provided between the lawn leaves of the synthetic lawn mat layer and formed by mixing the wood chips, silicon chips, recycled rubber chips, silica sand, yellow soil particles, and ceramic chips.

    • An automatic gas sample collecting apparatus is provided to precisely and freely collect 100CC to 1000CC gas sample in a sample pack by using a PLC(Program Logic Controller). An automatic gas sampler includes a pipe unit(10), an air compressor(20), a 3-way solenoid valve(30), a sample pack(40), and a PLC(50). The pipe unit extracts and circulates the gas sample in the gas tank(1). The air compressor circulates the gas sample for 2~10sec through the PLC control from the 3-way solenoid valve to the inside of the gas tank, or supplies from 3-way solenoid valve to the sample pack. The 3-way solenoid valve opens the path between the air compressor and the pipe unit when the power does not supplied to one side of the air compressor output, and opens the path between the air compressor and the sample pack when the power is supplied. The sample pack is on one side of the 3-way solenoid valve and extracts the supplied gas sample through the air compressor. The PLC is connected to the air compressor and one side of the 3 -way solenoid valve, and extracts the fresh gas sample through the circulation process for 2~10sec, and controls for 5~20sec the gas to be extracted to the sample pack.
