CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a protective window for cell phones comprise a step of preparing a flat pattern mold(21); a step of dropping down coating agent(11) which consists of a lipophilic UV curable composition, and covering an object with the coating agent; a step of forming a resin layer by pressing a lamellar structure which consists of the mold, coating agent, and coating object, by a compressive roller(22); a step of UV-curing the resin layer; and a step of separating the flat pattern mold, and obtaining the protective window with a sink-type structure.

    • PURPOSE: A protective window for mobile phones with a micro-indented structure is provided to minimize residual fingerprints on the surface of an optical display device, and to increase the visibility of the optical display device. CONSTITUTION: A protective window for mobile phones comprises: a transparent substrate layer(12); and a resin layer which has an indented pattern and is coated on the substrate. The indented pattern consists of a curved surface with a diameter of 10-20 microns and a depth of 1-5 microns. The gap between the patterns is 30-60 microns. The resin layer consists of a curable composition, and the curable composition comprises a UV curable compound(A) with a C10-30 polyester structure which has an acryloyl group or methacrylyoyl group, another UV curable compound(B), and a photopolymerization initiator.
