    • PURPOSE: A liquid pipe for detecting leak and an installation method are provided to reduce water waste and repair expenses by detecting leakage from breakage or damage of the liquid pipe and calculating the position of breakage or damage accurately with using the liquid pipe as the waterworks pipe. CONSTITUTION: A leak detecting liquid pipe is composed of a liquid pipe(20) having an inlet and an outlet and flowing liquid in a cavity; a lead wire arranged along the outer periphery of the liquid pipe to detect leakage between the inlet and the outlet; and a coating film(24) spread on the lead wire around the liquid pipe. The lead wire is formed spirally, and the coating film is made of polyethylene. An insertion groove is formed in the coating film to expose the lead wire. A connection member is fitted to the insertion groove, and electrically connected to the lead wire.

    • PURPOSE: A liquid pipe having a leakage detecting function is provided to reduce waste of water and resources and to save labor force by allowing a worker to precisely detect a leakage position of the liquid pipe. CONSTITUTION: A liquid pipe(10) includes at least one pair of conductive wires(11a,11b) wound around the liquid pipe(10) in a spiral pattern. In order to protect the conductive wires(11a,11b), a protective layer(13) is provided. The conductive wires(11a,11b) have a thin thickness. If necessary, the conductive wires(11a,11b) are coated with a nonconductive material. The conductive wires(11a,11b) have a thickness thinner than 1mm. If the thickness of the conductive wires(11a,11b) exceeds 1mm, the conductive wires(11a,11b) are not broken even if a crack is created in the liquid pipe(10). When forming the conductive wires(11a,11b) to have the thickness below 1mm, the conductive wires(11a,11b) are broken due to hydraulic pressure when the crack is created on the liquid pipe(10).

      본 발명은 무선 데이터전송 기능이 없는 종래의 펄스시험기를 사용하는 액체관 네트워크에 대하여도 원격에서 손상이 발생된 위치를 산출할 수 있어 시스템의 응용 폭이 넓어지며, 펄스시험기가 산출한 손상위치값에 오류가 있는 경우에도 이를 검출하여 보정할 수 있으므로 정확한 손상위치를 산출할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A reflective pulse signal and a pulse tester ID are received through a conductive wire of a first liquid pipe directly connected to a pulse tester(S130). A length of the conductive wire of the first liquid pipe and the length of the first liquid pipe are calculated(S145). Then, a pulse transmission route from the first liquid pipe to a second liquid pipe is determined(S125). A control signal including the pulse transmission route is transmitted to each router(S120). Then, a reflective pulse signal and a pulse tester ID with respect to the pulse signal transmitted into the transmission route are received. Then, a length of the conductive wire of the second liquid pipe and the length of the second liquid pipe are calculated. After that, waveform of a pulse, a transmission time, a wire length and a pipe length are stored.
