    • A wharf is provided to actively respond change of a water level, to be automatically floated when the water level is especially high, to prevent the wharf itself from being swept away by wrapping a buoyancy member with durable material. A pontoon(100) included in a wharf comprises a buoyancy member(110), a first skeleton frame(130), an outer surface member(120), a mesh(140), a fixed shaft, a finishing member and an upper plate. The buoyancy member forms a first groove(111) with trapezoidal section in an upper portion thereof. The first skeleton frame is arranged in the first groove, and allows an end portion of the skeleton frame to be dually bent toward an outer side of an upper direction. The outer surface member wraps the buoyancy member so as to be sealed. The mesh is arranged in an upper side of the first skeleton frame. The fixed shaft is fixed to the skeleton frame or the mesh. The finishing member is arranged in an upper side of the buoyancy member so as to push down a portion of an upper side of the outer surface member, and fixed to the fixed shaft. Concrete is placed in the finishing member, the first skeleton frame, the mesh and the first groove, and then cured.
