A support net(140) closes an opening of a bottom surface of the housing in part. A cover(130) includes an elastic member(132) on a front end and a load body(133) on a rear end. The elastic member is elastically installed together with the stopper. The load body gives too much load toward the stopper when closing an opening of a top surface of the housing. A fixing rod(120) is rotatably fixedly positioned at the opening unit to closely adhere an end thereof to a circumferential surface of the support and includes a suspension projection(121) and a handle(122).

    • A power cable connector is provided to facilitate use without requiring additional succeeding management by returning an upper baseframe and a connection terminal to an initial state when inputting an order to close a through hole. A power cable connector connects a power cable(2) laid in a underground pipe(1) to a terminal(3c) of a power distributor(3) installed at a baseframe(10). The baseframe is laid on the ground and includes a lower baseframe(11) and an upper baseframe(12). The lower baseframe includes a vertical through hole(11a) and a rail(11b). The vertical through hole is connected to the pipe and the rail is formed on a top surface of the lower baseframe. The upper baseframe includes a roller at a lower part and a distribution unit(3a) and a case(3b) of the power distributor on a top surface. The power cable connector further includes a baseframe fixing device, a first air cylinder, a bracket(40), a connector(50), a connection terminal(60), a connector fixing device(70), a second air cylinder(130), an air supply device, a control unit, and an input device.

    • A fixing frame for securing a laid area of an underground cable is provided to effectively keep and administer by cables by individually administering the cables isolated from the outside and including a selectively opened cover inside. A fixing frame(100) for securing a laid area of a cable includes a housing(110), a support net(140), a cover(130), and a fixing rod(120). The housing includes a pair of supports(116), flanges(111,111'), a rail(113), a plurality of frames(115), and a reinforcement rod(114). The support net partially closes an opening of a bottom surface of the housing. The cover is formed in a curved surface shape to be slid along a curved surface of a circumference of the housing and both ends thereof movably engage with a guide groove(113a) of the rail. The cover closes an opening of a top surface of the housing while a rear end thereof is in contact with a stopper of the rail and the cover opens the opening while a front end thereof is in contact with the stopper. The cover includes an elastic member(132) on the front end and a load body(133) on the rear end. The fixing rod is rotatably fixedly positioned at an opening unit of the rail to closely adhere an end thereof to a circumferential surface of the support by the medium of a torsion spring and includes a suspension projection(121) and a handle(122).
