摘要： 본 고안은, 음식물쓰레기 처리장치에 있어서, 음식물쓰레기가 투입되어 미생물에 의해 분해되는 처리조(5)와, 상기 처리조(5)의 내부에서 회전하면서 상기 음식물쓰레기 및 미생물이 고르게 혼합되도록 교반하는, 교반날개(10)를 가진 교반기(8)와, 상기 처리조(5)의 내벽(6)에 돌출형성되어 상기 교반날개(10)의 회전에 의해 음식물쓰레기가 내벽(6)으로 튀어올라 부착되는 것을 방지하는 부착 방지턱(100)이 포함하여 구성된 부착 방지턱이 형성된 음식물쓰레기 처리장치를 제공한다. 본 고안에 의하면 음식물쓰레기 또는 혼합물의 교반 작업시 교반 날개의 회전에 의해 튀어 오른 음식물쓰레기가 처리조 내부로 부착 잔류하는 것이 방지되고 다시 처리조 내부로 투입되도록 함으로써 처리조에 투입된 음식물쓰레기를 완전처리될 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 본 고안의 돌출 형성된 부착방지턱에 의해 처리조 내벽에 부착된 부착물이 시야에서 가려지도록 함으로써 미관성을 향상시켜 음식물쓰레기 처리장치의 상품성을 향상시킬수 있게 된다.

In a food garbage disposal apparatus comprising a body(100) having a food garbage hopper(110) formed thereon, the food garbage disposal apparatus comprises: a food garbage disposal part including a decomposition tank(10) in which food garbage is contained and decomposed, and which has a perforated mesh(12) installed on a bottom part thereof, an agitating unit including a rotating shaft(16) installed within the decomposition tank and operated by rotation power of an operating motor(14), and agitating vanes(18) installed on the rotating shaft, and a temperature control unit including a temperature sensor and a heater for controlling temperature in the decomposition tank; an exhaust part including a plate type odor collecting plate(26) for covering the decomposition tank, a suction pipe(22) which is installed in an upper part within the decomposition tank, and which has a suction fan(F) installed on one side face thereof, a purifier(20) for purifying exhaust gas and odor transferred through the suction pipe, a "U" shaped pipe(28) which is formed in a "U" character shape between the suction pipe and the purifier, and which has a dew condensation water discharge hole formed in a lowermost point thereof, and an exhaust port(24) for exhausting purified exhaust gas and odor to the outside; a drain part including a drain tank(30) installed under the decomposition tank to discharge wastewater and sludge to the outside, a cleaning water supply pipe(32) projected from a bottom face of the drain tank, a rotating spray nozzle(34) which is installed on an end portion of the cleaning water supply pipe, and in which a plurality of through holes are formed, and a water supply unit for supplying cleaning water into the cleaning water supply pipe at predetermined time intervals; and a control part for controlling operations of the operating motor, the water supply unit, and the temperature control unit by predetermined programs.

An odor-purifying room(40) is connected to the odor-condensing room to purify the odor. A storage tank(22) stores sewage containing sludge exhausted from a food waste treating unit(10). The food waste is separated into the sludge and water in the storage tank.
