    • PURPOSE: A cooling tower system is provided to facilitate the treatment of high temperature heat in the generation of plasma using cooling water collected to a cooling tower from a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A cooling tower system comprises a cooling water collecting pipe (130), a cooling water feeding pipe (140), and a sterilization treatment device (200). The cooling water collecting pipe provides a collecting path (132) for cooling water which is transferred to a cooling tower (105) from a refrigerator (110). The cooling water feeding pipe provides a feeding path (142) for cooling water which is transferred to the refrigerator from the cooling tower. The sterilization treatment device is arranged on the collecting path and sterilizes cooling water using plasma. Heat generated in the generation of the plasma during the sterilization treatment device is treated by the cooling water which passes through the cooling water collecting pipe.

    • PURPOSE: A pasteurization device is provided to minimize corruption of a processing object caused by heat by treating a liquid processing object at a low temperature and to especially minimize corruption of food taste and destruction of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A pasteurization apparatus(10) includes first and second electrode units which are separately placed to provide a processing space; an electrolysis tank which treats a processing object with an oxidizing species generated by a current applied to the first and second electrode units; and a heat exchanger(300) which forms first and second cooling spaces respectively arranged across the processing space and exchanges heat with the first and second electrode units by using a cooling fluid supplied to first and second cooling spaces(310,320). The first cooling space, the processing space, and the second cooling space are separated by the first and second electrode units.

    • PURPOSE: A plasma water treatment apparatus is provided to effectively sterilize microorganisms and decompose organic materials by maximizing the activity of active gas in a target. CONSTITUTION: A plasma water treatment apparatus(100) includes a receiving chamber part(110), a dielectric pipe(120), a core electrode(130), a photocatalytic porous network(150), a gas supplying part(140), a gas-liquid reactor(160), and a drainage bath(170). The dielectric pipe crosses over a target in the receiving chamber part. The core electrode is arranged in the dielectric pipe to be spaced apart from the target. Gas, supplied into the dielectric pipe by the gas supplying part, is exposed to plasma reaction generated by the core electrode. Gas containing active species, generated by the plasma reaction, is supplied into the gas-liquid reactor to primarily treat the target. The primarily treated target is supplied to the target inlet of the receiving chamber part. The drainage bath re-circulates non-reacted gas active species to the gas inlet. The target is secondarily treated by UV rays.
