An electric coil is wound around a second iron core in the rotor, permanent magnets are installed at predetermined intervals on the inner circumferential surface of the field magnet part, and first power generation coils formed on first iron cores are installed at predetermined intervals on the inner circumferential surface of the field magnet part.
