The concave unit is formed in order to follow an inner circumference of a virtual circle(C1). Two path units(71,72) are at right angles to each other in order to comprise the heating fluid path and are arranged to individually follow crossing two sides of a right-angle triangle(T1).     • A liquid trap device for gas comprising a trap housing consisting of a ceiling wall, a bottom wall and a circumferential wall (7) with a gas inlet port (20) and a gas outlet port (21) being provided in the ceiling wall, and a filter element (4) held between the ceiling wall and the bottom wall and having an inner part communicating with the gas inlet port (20) and the outer circumferential surface communicating with the gas outlet port (21) through the inner space (8) of the trap housing , wherein the trap housing is formed to have a shape elongated along one lateral center line (X) in the plan view, and the filter element (4) and the outlet port upstream portion (21a) of the gas outlet port (21) opening into the trap housing are respectively arranged closely to first and second sidewall portions (7a, 7b) of the circumferential wall (7) facing each other on the lateral center line (X). Consequently, a compact liquid trap device for gas which can enhance capturing performance of liquid by ensuring the lateral distance sufficiently from the filter element to the gas outlet can be provided.
