    • PURPOSE: A soundness prediction method of a generator stator and a system thereof are provided to reduce inspection costs such as a vibration test while being parked by monitoring the response characteristics of an interest region in the everyday driving condition and enabling the analysis. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis prediction apparatus collects a vibration signal obtained through each sensor and stores in the database(610). The prediction apparatus performs an FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) conversion for each vibration signal(615). The diagnosis prediction apparatus extracts the response components such as the rotatory power frequency and the electromagnetic force frequency among the FFT converted spectrum data(620). The diagnosis prediction apparatus performs an inverse FFT conversion for the extracted response components(625). The diagnosis prediction apparatus draw out a movement phase angle by moving a start position of the rotatory power frequency and the electromagnetic force frequency waveform information of the installed sensor to a position in which a width is 0(630). By using the movement phase angle, the diagnosis prediction apparatus synchronizes the phase of the extracted waveform of each sensor(635).     • PURPOSE: A stator coil fault diagnosis system of a three-phase induction motor is provided to enhance coil fault diagnosis precision. CONSTITUTION: A current detection unit detects a current passing through a power supply line connected with a three-phase induction motor. A diagnosis processing unit diagnoses whether a stator coil is out of action or not from a three-phase current signal detected in the current detection unit. A Park's vector calculating unit(130) divides a three-phase current into d-shaft current and a q-shaft current through dq conversion. A distortion rate calculating unit(140) calculates distortion rate according to a Park's vector trajectory pattern. The distortion rate is a ratio of the biggest amplitude and the smallest amplitude of the Park's vector trajectory pattern. A fault diagnosis unit(150) calculates an average value of a distortion rate value.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for diagnosing the insulation state of a field winding are provided to predict the generation of ground faults and determine the repair range of field winding. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for diagnosing the insulation state of a field winding comprises a switching unit(110), a current measurement unit(120), a voltage measurement unit(130), and a diagnostic unit(140). The switching unit is connected to the field winding and includes a first switch and a second switch which alternatively operates the switching. The current measurement unit measures and outputs the current of the field winding while the first switch is turned on. The voltage measurement unit measures and outputs a voltage current generated according to the field winding while the second switch is turned on. The diagnostic unit produces an impedance or capacitance value of the field winding and analyzes whether the impedance or capacitance value calculated is located within a criteria range or not.
