The aggregate and the aqueous epoxy coating agent are mixed by the vibration of the coating loading stand. The pre-treating unit includes a perforated drum(121) and a rotating unit(122). The perforated drum rotates, fine powder of the aggregate is discharged through the holes of the perforated drum(121a).

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a geopolymer and a geoconcrete composition using the waste glass are provided to recycle the waste glass as an inorganic binder for the geoconcrete composition and to improve the treating efficiency of wastes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a geopolymer using waste glass includes the following: Waste glass is washed, dried, and pulverized. An alkaline component is introduced into the pulverized waste glass to adjust the mixing ratio of the pulverized waste glass. The waste glass with the adjusted mixing ratio is stirred to be dissolved at 60-80 rpm and at a pressure of 15-20kgf/cm^2 in order to obtain a liquid geopolymer. The waste glass with the adjusted mixing ratio includes 17.5-19.5 weight% of Na_2O+K_2O, 28-30 weight% of SiO_2, 0.5-1.2 weight% of Al_2O_3, 0.8-1.4 weight% of CaO, and 0.4-0.8 weight% of MgO. A geoconcrete composition includes 1-30 weight% of the geopolymer.

    • 본원 발명은 순환골재의 페하(pH, potential of hydrogen)를 저감시키는 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
      본원에서 순환골재의 중화공정을 실시하여 페하(pH)를 저감시키는 수단은 배치플랜트가 아닌 이송플랜트에서 연속공정으로 순환골재를 이송함과 동시에 교반 및 가압하면서 이산화탄소를 주입하여 순환골재의 pH농도를 중화시켜 줌으로써 전체적인 공정시간을 단축시키고 효과적으로 순환골재의 페하를 저감할 수 있는 방법 및 그 장치를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
      상기 이송플랜트는 외부로 노출되지 않도록 내부가 밀폐되고 일측 상단에 투입부와 타측 하단으로 배출부를 갖는 구조로서, 일측 상단으로 투입부가 구비되고 타측 하단으로 배출부가 구비되는 밀폐된 구조에서, 이송블레이드는 중심회전축 쪽 내부 중앙으로 빈 공간을 갖되 상기 빈 공간에는 이송되는 순환골재를 교반하는 교반블레이드가 추가로 구비되며, 상기 이송블레이드의 상단에는 몸체 내부로 이산화탄소를 분사하여 가압하는 이산화탄소 분출수단이 구비된 구조를 가지며, 중심회전축을 따라 회전하면서 투입된 순환골재를 이송시키며 이산화탄소를 이용한 중화공정이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Circulation aggregate is introduced into a second dried. The circulation aggregate undergoes a thermal processing process to be temperature between 80 and 100 degrees Celsius by a second burner installed at the second direr. The thermally processed aggregate and circulation aggregate are respectively introduced into a mixer. A mixing process is implemented to obtain a mixture. Asphalt and filler are mixed with the mixture. Waste heat generated from the thermally processed aggregates is transferred from the first drier to the inside of the second drier through a transferring duct.
