A method for manufacturing a bone milling cutter includes the steps of: determining a tube circumference of a milling cutter-shaft(10); determining an average tooth height of a milling cutter-tooth(12); determining a tooth period length of the milling cutter-tooth from the average tooth height from a predetermined characteristic value of a tooth period pattern; dividing the tube circumference by the tooth period length; rounding the result value to an integer; obtaining the tooth period length(LZ) by dividing the tube circumference by the integer; and forming the milling cutter-tooth by mechanically removing and separating material from an end of the milling cutter-shaft.

The biological fluid is extracted from the bone cavity through the outlet hole. The inlet and outlet holes are arranged to be adjacent to each other in the bone cavity.
