    • PURPOSE: Provided are a waterproof coating material based on styrene butadiene styrene resin and ceramic, which shows excellent adiabatic property without separate heat insulator, and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof coating material comprises 100 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene resin, 50-80 parts by weight of ceramic, 300-500 parts by weight of xylene, 3-6 parts by weight of reinforcing filler, 4-7 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, 2-5 parts by weight of antiaging agent, and 2-5 parts by weight of antioxidant. The reinforcing filler is carbon black. The crosslinking agent is zinc white. The antiaging agent is selected from the group consisting of amine-, bisphenol-, and sulfur-based antiaging agents.

    • PURPOSE: An air permeable ceramic rubberized film waterproof material is provided, which waterproof material shows good heat insulation efficiency without deterioration of the basic physical properties as a film waterproof material. CONSTITUTION: The air permeable ceramic rubberized film waterproof material is prepared by adding dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer to asphalt heated to 150-180 deg.C; adding a coumarone indene resin and a thermoplastic elastomer to the asphalt to dissolve them; adding rubber powder of 15-50 mesh as a filler to the asphalt and mixing them to prepare an asphalt film waterproof material containing a thermoplastic elastomer; and adding 10-15 parts by weight of porous ceramic powder with a particle size of 150-300 micrometers to 100 parts by weight of the obtained asphalt film waterproof material containing a thermoplastic elastomer. The porous ceramic powder has a density of 0.6-0.8, the oil absorption value of 16g/100g, a boiling point of 1,200-1,600 deg.C and heat conductivity of 0.11 W/mk. Preferably the thermoplastic elastomer is styrene-butadiene-styrene.

    • PURPOSE: A waterproof structure using an insulation film is provided to reduce a crack caused by the dryness and contraction of a press concrete layer by forming an insulating layer made with polyethylene materials between a press concrete layer and a waterproof layer, to reduce the fatigability and rupture of a waterproof layer by dispersing stress and to heighten durability. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof structure using an insulation film comprises the steps of: applying an asphalt primer(12) on the upper surface of a concrete slab layer(11), then applying a rubber asphalt coated waterproof agent to form a primary coated waterproof layer(13); attaching a polyester stiffener just before the primary coated waterproof layer(13) is hardened to form a stiffening heart wood layer(15), wherein the stiffener is interposed to reduce the creep easily occurring on the upper and lower parts of the waterproof layer and to keep a waterproof film more evenly; applying a rubber asphalt coated waterproof agent secondarily to form a secondary coated waterproof layer(16); before the secondary applied coated waterproof layer is hardened completely, coating an insulating film layer(17) to be adhered closely to the coated waterproof layer; after the insulating film layer(17) is completed, forming a protective mortar or a press concrete(14).

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a waterproofing structure comprising multiple layers, in the order of concrete slab layer, epoxy or urethane rubber solvent primer, modified-asphalt waterproofing layer, net type glass fiber enforced layer, modified urethane-asphalt waterproofing layer and silica sand layer. The structure is characteristic in that it uses urethane prepolymer and asphalt solution and silica sand is dispersed on the top so that it shows strong adhesive property for asphalt and asphalt concrete layers. CONSTITUTION: The modified urethane-asphalt waterproofing layer is prepared by mixing at 50-70deg.C 100 parts of urethane prepolymer and 50-60 parts of asphalt solution which is made of 20-30 parts of asphalt with 10-20 of permeability in 40-60 parts of toluene; making base material by adding one component selected from filler, stabilizer and pigment to above layer; mixing again at room temp. with 5-15 parts of polyetherpolyol with 53-58mgKOH/g OH group, 5-10 parts of polyetherpolyol with 54-58mgKOH/g of OH group and 4,4-methylene-bis-(o-chloroaniline) in 30-50 parts of toluene-MEK solvent; 30-60 parts of talc or micro silica and finally adding hardening agent to be a ratio of 1:1-1:2.
