    • A device and a system for underwater postural balance training are provided to solve problems generated when the rehabilitation training operation is carried out on the ground by enabling patients whose functions of Vestibular system and Somatosensory system are damaged to perform a rehabilitation training operation in the water. An underwater postural balance training device comprises a foothold part(201) and an unstable plate(202). The foothold part has a receiving part formed in the bottom thereof such that the receiving part is opened in the downward direction. A lower part of the unstable plate is inserted into the receiving part and formed in the form of a convex curved surface. The underwater postural balance training device further comprises slipping prevention plates(203). The slipping prevention plates are made from silicone or rubber and are formed in a sole shape of the foot. The slipping prevention plates are inserted into inserting grooves formed in both end portions of the top face of the foot hold part.

    • An apparatus for visual and auditory stimulation is provided to allow a subject to three-dimensionally recognize the visual and auditory stimulation by variously changing a position of the visual and auditory stimulation. A plurality of guide bars(30) are fixed between a lower support(10) and an upper support(20) at predetermined intervals and connect a lower support and an upper support. A plurality of racks(40) are fixed between the upper support and the upper support at predetermined intervals. A plurality of multistage semicircular panels(50) are lifted along the guide bars and the racks and include a plurality of LEDs(51) and a plurality of speakers. A plurality of DC motors(60) are mounted on rear surfaces of each of the semicircular panels and lift the semicircular panels by rotating pinions engaged with the racks forward and backward. A plurality of potential meters(70) sense and output the rotation number of each of the DC motors. A limit switch(80) is mounted on a top surface or a bottom surface of each of the semicircular panel and senses whether an upper part or a lower part of the semicircular panel is in contact with the lower support, the upper support, or another semicircular panel in a lift of each of the semicircular panels. A controller(90) controls the lifts of the multistage semicircular panels in a manual mode or an automatic mode by controlling forward and backward rotation of the DC motors while checking output of the potential meters and sensing states of the limit switches.

    • An apparatus for a posture balance training is provided to enable a user to selectively attach an unstable plate with an appropriate curvature to footholds according to vestibular system and sensory system abnormalities. A posture balance training apparatus includes a foothold portion(30) on which two feet of a user are seated, and an unstable plate portion(50) selectively connected and disconnected to/from a bottom surface of the foothold portion. In addition, foot-shaped sliding prevention plates(310) made of a high frictional force material such as silicone and rubber are provided on the top surface of the foothold portion in order to prevent the user from sliding down during the posture balance training. The unstable plate portion is formed convex on the lower side to be softly inclined according to the left-right and front-rear movements of the user. The unstable plate portion includes two unstable plates with different curvatures to be selectively used.

    • An early rehabilitation training system is provided to prevent natural deterioration of paralyzed nerves and to stimulate the peripheral nerves of a patient who is not able to move or is paralyzed.
