The heat exchanger receives the pressed water and heats an indoor through heat exchanging. The distribution pipe distributes pressed warm water with a plurality of heat exchangers. The pressure conditioning return valve is connected to one end of the distribution pipe. The pressure conditioning return valve adjusts the pressure of the warm water by controlling the flow rate of redundancy warm water. The circulating pipe collects the heat-exchanged warm water and the redundancy warm water in the heat source part.
