摘要： PURPOSE: A ceramic composition for a lead-free PTC thermistor, a PTC ceramics thermistor manufactured therefrom, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the PTC ceramics thermistor including a Curie temperature over 130 deg C without containing lead. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic composition for a lead-free PTC thermistor contains a ceramic material marked as BT-xNKN in which Na0.5K0.5NbO3(NKN) is formed as a solid solution of BaTiO_3(BT). The ceramic material additionally contains 0~0.05 mol% of dopant material with Nb2O_5 powder. The manufacturing method of the PTC ceramics thermistor comprises the following steps: preparing BaTiO_3 with the purity of 99.9%; manufacturing (1-x)BT-xNKN ceramic material powder; ball milling the ceramic material powder; crushing the ceramic material powder after drying and adding into mortar; incinerating the ceramic material powder; ball milling the ceramic material powder for 24 hours; and manufacturing the ceramic material powder into a sensor shape.

摘要： A piezoelectric generator using moving-load and a generator system including the same are provided to enable its size to be freely adjusted according to situations, thereby broadening applicability. An upper plate(100) is installed the same height as a ground surface(160). A fixing box(150) supports an edge portion of a top plate according to the shapes of the top plate. A damping spring(105) is positioned between the edge portion and the fixing box. A pressure pin(110) is connected to the lower part of the top plate and delivers the pressure applied through the top plate. A piezoelectric(120) generates the power from the pressure delivered through the pressure pins. A metal plate(130) is located in the lower part of the piezoelectric and helps the piezoelectric to be restored.

摘要： A self power generator of a portable electronic apparatus is provided to obtain electrical energy required for the electronic apparatus by using a vibration applied to the electronic apparatus. A self power generator of a portable electronic apparatus includes a casing(14), a fixing disk(16), a plurality of piezoelectric elements(20), a ring-shaped vibrator(22) and a plurality of springs(24). A casing is sealed by the cover. The fixing disk is fixed in the inner center of the casing. The plurality of piezoelectric elements are arranged in a circumference surface of the fixing disk with a constant interval. Each piezoelectric element is comprised of a plurality of electrodes. The diameter of the ring-shaped vibrator is larger than the diameter of the fixing disk. The ring-shaped vibrator generates the electric potential difference by colliding with the plurality of piezoelectric elements. The plurality of springs connect the ring-shaped vibrator and the casing.
