    • A manufacturing method for an acrylic resin containing silica particles of the present invention polymerizes (C) (matte) acrylic ester among an aqueous medium including (A) acrylic resin, (B) silica particle, (C) (matte) acrylic ester, (D) chain transfer agent, (E) radical polymerization initiator. The ratio (a) (wt%) of the (A) acrylic resin and the ratio (b) (wt%) of the (B) silica particle based on the total weight of the (A) acrylic resin, (B) silica particle, (C) (matte) acrylic ester, (D) chain transfer agent, (E) radical polymerization initiator satisfy a formula (1). The viscosity (η) of the aqueous medium including the (A) acrylic resin, (B) silica particle, (C) (matte) acrylic ester, (D) chain transfer agent, (E) radical polymerization initiator satisfies a formula (2), wherein the viscosity (η) is measured at 30°C by being based on JIS Z 8803.
