    • Filament fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to satisfy the mechanical strength of molded products by improving the shape of the molded product and a reinforcement effect. In filament fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets, a bundle of long reinforcing fiber(2) is impregnated with melted thermoplastic resin(3) and then, twisted and pulled. The thermoplastic resin pellets are produced by cutting and pelletizing a stick-shaped composition comprising a bundle of resin-impregnated and twisted reinforcing fiber. A bundle of reinforcing fiber is a bundle of mono-filament fiber(1) with a diameter of 4~30 micrometers. The volume filling factor indicating the rate of a sectional area of a bundle of fiber occupying an area of the section of the pellet vertical to a longitudinal direction in a stick-shaped composition is within a range of 70~20%. Twist pitch(P) is applied within a range of 2.5~36(m/rev.m). Twist pitch is represented as the following formula, P=L/d, wherein L is the length of a stick-shaped composition twisted for one rotation, and d is a circular diameter corresponding to an area of the section of a stick-shaped composition.
