    • The invention relates to a bogie (16) for a railway vehicle, comprising: a chassis (22); two front wheels (24) and two rear wheels (26); and, for each front wheel (24) and each rear wheel (26), a member (32) for rotatably guiding the wheel and a primary suspension device (33) for the chassis (22) on said guiding member (32). At least the primary suspension devices (33) associated with the front and rear wheels (24, 26) disposed on the same first lateral side of the bogie (16) each comprise: two longitudinal connecting rods (91, 92) which are each linked by a first coupling point (94, 96) to the chassis (22) and by a second coupling point (98, 100) to the corresponding guiding member (32); and at least one flexible member (102) disposed between the two connecting rods (91, 92) in order to define at least the vertical stiffness of the primary suspension device (33), said two connecting rods (90, 91) being offset longitudinally in relation to one another.
