    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for accessing channel corresponding adaptive modulation and coding, and a method performing the same are provided to maximize the system capacity by adaptively selecting a modulation type, a coding rate and a channel connection mode. CONSTITUTION: Based on a determined channel coding rate of a controller(160), the control unit selects a first or second channel access type. A coding unit(110) performs channel coding in the channel coding rate, and a modulation unit(120) modulates a coded signal. An IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) processor(140) performs an IFFT for the modulated signal. Only when control unit selects the first channel connection method, the modulated signal is provided to the IFFT processor.

    • Provided is a method of transmitting data in a wireless communication system. According to the method, a data sequence to be transmitted is created. At least one sequence of additional information is added to the data sequence to create at least one additional data sequence, and at least one rearrangement data sequence is created by interleaving the at least one additional data sequence. At least one binary sequence is created and at least one candidate sequence is created by calculating each binary sequence and each rearrangement data sequence. At least one encoded candidate sequence is created by encoding the at least one candidate sequence. At least one candidate sequence is created by punctuating the at least one encoded candidate sequence. At least one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol is created by modulating the at least one punctured candidate sequence. At least one candidate OFDM signal is created by performing inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) with respect to the at least one candidate OFDM. An OFDM signal having the lowest peak to average power ratio (PAPR) is selected from among the at least one candidate OFDM, and the OFDM signal is transmitted.     • PURPOSE: A receiving apparatus of an OFDM communication system and a method for relieving phase noise are provided to improve system performance greatly, by compensating the common phase noise without using a previous pilot symbol. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) receives an OFDM symbol from a transmission device of the OFDM communication system. An ICI(Intercarrier Interface) relieving unit(240) estimates the mean difference of phase noise per part blocks of the received symbol. Using the estimated mean difference, the ICI relieving unit, relieves ICI generated from the symbol. A CPE(Common Phase Error) compensation unit(260) compensates for CPE generated from the symbol after relieving ICI through the ICI relieving unit. The ICI relieving unit estimates the mean difference of phase noise per part blocks through a Blind method.     • PURPOSE: A frequency hopping progression generating method using an interleaving, a frequency hopping progression generator, a cod division multiple access device and recording medium recording a method controlling a clock speed generating time and the clock speed used in a frequency hopping generation are provided to reduce a multi access speed and improve data transmission efficiency by facilitating a synchronization obtaining. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pseudo-random sequence generators is provided by the same cycle and the same clock speed. A first clock speed, a first clock speed maintaining time, a second clock speed, and a second clock speed maintaining time is received(610). The first clock speed expresses a speed selecting among a plurality of pseudo-random sequence generators. The second clock speed expresses pseudo-random sequence generating speed of the plurality of pseudo-random sequence generators. The device controls the generator to generate frequency hopping sequence of a long cycle(620).
