摘要： PURPOSE: A transgenic chicken with human SOD-3 gene is provided to induce human SOD-3 gene and to produce useful protein for human body. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant expression vector, pLenti6/OVA-SOD(KACC 95104P), contains a gene of sequence number 1 with a promoter of chiken ovalbumin and human SOD-3 gene. The recombinant expression vector is prepared by introducing the gene of sequence number 1 into pLenti6/TR vector. The recombinant expression vector contains a sequence of sequence number 2. A transgenic chicken which is able to express the human SOD-3 gene is produced by transforming with the recombinant expression vector.
