The piston of the cylinder is combined in the other end of the compression rod so that the biscuit of the casting material is held or released between the jaw and the press as the compression rod moves up and down.

摘要： An album producing system is provided to easily manufacture albums and to shorten the work time by installing a taping machine, a bending machine, a compressor, a corner cutting machine, and a cover compressor in one system. A body(10) has a table(12) on the upside. A taping machine(100) is composed of a base plate on which two pictures are selectively fixed by suction force of plural suction holes connected to an air sucker, and tape connecting two pictures fixed on the upside of the base plate, to each other. A bending machine(200) comprises a base bar longitudinally moving along a rail and fixed at the moved position to decide a picture bending position; an insertion port formed in the rear side of the base plate and inserted by the pictures; and a press blade installed in the insertion port to move vertically, and presses and bends the pictures by moving down the press blade when the pictures are put on a fixed position through the insertion port. A bookbinding machine(300) has a fixing plate installed vertically to the base plate to be a rear reference plane for inner papers of an album; a reference block installed at right angle to the fixing plate to be a left or right reference plane for the inner papers of the album; and a pressurizing block moving up and down to press and attach the rear ends of the inner papers of the album to each other. A compressor(400) has a press plate installed in a compression space of a case to selectively move up and down and presses and compresses the inner papers of the album by inserting the inner papers of the album into the compression space and selectively moving up and down the press plate. A cutting machine(500) is composed of a cutter selectively moved up and down to cut the edges of the compressed inner papers of the album; a press block installed in the rear side of the cutter and moved down before the cutter is operated, to press the inner papers of the album without moving; and a support block selectively moved back and forth along the table to set the cutting position of the edge of the inner paper. A corner cutting machine(600) comprises a position guide block guiding the corners of the inner papers of the album to a predetermined position and a corner cutter selectively moving up and down to roundly cut the corners of the inner papers of the album, wherein the press plate is moved down before the corner cutter is operated, to press the inner papers of the album without moving. A cover compressor(700) presses covers attached on the inner papers of the album and inserted into the compression space by moving down the press plate.
