摘要： PURPOSE: A metal product forming method is provided to obtain a precise and uniform product in a simple way and a cheap price with a second processing by press forming melted cast steel after hardening at a lower temperature. CONSTITUTION: A metal such as cast steel is melted in an electric furnace. Melted cast steel is cooled in a mold at a temperature of 700 to 800deg.C suitable for forming. A cooled metal product is removed from the molds, and transported to a press mold. The press mold compresses the metal product into a desired shape. The temperature of the metal product allows forming easy and precise. Pressing enables a hard structure without voids and a smooth surface to the metal product. The formed metal product is heat treated to prevent deformation thereof. Heat treatment is carried out by adjusting the cooling rate without carrying out an additional heating process. Painting is carried out at a temperature of 300 to 400deg.C.

The cable support(12) is coupled with a fixing unit. The fixing unit forces the cable support(12) to be closely attached to the reinforcing bar and fixes the same with the clamp(18). The reinforcing bar has a gradient on both sides thereof in a direction where the cable support(12) is coupled. An unevenness is formed inside the clamp(14) to prevent a sliding.

摘要： PURPOSE: A manhole set having adjustable slope and installation depth is provided to install a manhole promptly, simply and firmly by installing a connecting path having flexible height depending on the height of a road, and mounting a height adjustor on a position adjusting ring to form the upper end of a rainwater path corresponding to the height and slope of the road easily. CONSTITUTION: A manhole set consists of a manhole(10) for draining rainwater to a drain pipe, a rainwater path(17), a position adjusting plate(30) for compensating error in construction of the rainwater path, and a connecting path(20) installed between the position adjusting plate and the manhole to adjust the height. The manhole has a cylindrical or rectangular shape, and a connecting part(11) is formed at the lower part. The connecting part is connected with a drain pipe(12). The drain pipe is connected with a main drain pipe(13) through a connecting socket(14), and the connecting socket is covered with material having excellent elastic contractile power such as rubber around a net body to keep watertight without regard to external impact. The connecting socket has a hanging sill(16) for preventing excessive insertion into the main drain pipe. A flange(21c) is installed on the manhole, and flanges(21a,21b) are formed on the connecting path to connect the manhole with the connecting path firmly. The position adjusting plate is installed on the manhole or the connecting path, and the rainwater path is mounted thereon. The position adjusting path is combined by 3-4 bolts around an inserting hole(31) for a lower drain port(18). Each bolt is used to adjust the slope and height of the rainwater path according to the slope of a road. Therefore, the slope and height of the rainwater path are adjusted easily.

Pistons connected to piston rods(11'12') vertically reciprocate inside cylinders(12) to change rotational movement into linear reciprocative movement. Fluid is sucked or extruded. Accordingly the pistons descend and suction force is generated for hydraulic motors to allow the fluid into cylinders and upon rise, the fluid is transferred to an air compression tank(17).
