Fluid passes through the duct member. A fin comprises fin members(22a,22b,22c,22d) which are arranged inside the duct member. The fin members are formed in several rows along the circumference of the stern part.

    • PURPOSE: A propeller boss cap with fins is provided to reduce the erosion of a rudder and to improve the propulsion efficiency by adding the auxiliary propulsion force to the propulsion force of a propeller. CONSTITUTION: A propeller boss cap(100) with fins comprises end plates(111). Multiple fins(110) are formed in the outer circumference of the boss cap of a propeller by which a ship is propelled. The end plates are formed in the end of the fins. The height of both sides of the fins is differently formed. The end plates are formed in the end portion of the fins.

    • PURPOSE: A duct structure for a ship is provided to have an asymmetric structure by arranging a duct in part along a circumference of a propeller shaft and to increase propelling efficiency by allowing asymmetric flow of fluid to flow into a propeller. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure for a ship(1) comprises a duct(30) installed between a stern part of a hull and a propeller. The duct has one or more partitioned passages(36,37,38) in part along a circumference of a propeller shaft(21). The duct is an asymmetric shape and is composed of bottom surfaces(31,32), and partition walls(33,34) and a connected surface(35). The bottom surfaces are extended to both sides and the partition walls are formed apart from the bottom surfaces.

    • PURPOSE: A thrust increasing system of ships is provided to reduce the vibration due to fluctuation pressure and the cavitation generated from the propeller of a ship. CONSTITUTION: A thrust increasing system of ships comprises a sea inlet(130), an seawater outlet(140), and a salt water barrel furnace(120). The seawater flows in through the sea inlet when a ship(100) processes. The sea inlet is formed in the bottom of the ship. The seawater outlet is formed in the aft body in order to discharge the seawater flowing in through the sea inlet. One side of the salt water barrel furnace is communicated with the sea inlet. The other side of the salt water barrel furnace is communicated with the seawater outlet and the channel of the seawater flowing.
